The product and the relaxed service. The products is still as good as the two that we purchased 5 years ago. Hence the repeat order. And even a 75 year old pensioner can put it together in a couple of hours without recourse to the instructions. Downside is that as you get older the packages that you could once move with ease are a bit heavier – my issue. Well done NII.”
