NB: Non- UK Mainland deliveries incur a supplementary charge, for which you will receive and additional invoice.

How does delivery work?
Delivery is handled by our Delivery Couriers.
A delivery day and time will be booked in with you, directly by the couriers, and you will be able to liaise with them directly to change this should you need to.
Delivery is made by a 2 man crew to the room of your choice.
Your delivery can be left at your door should you prefer.
We are unable to accept specific delivery date requests, as the deliveries are controlled by the couriers and are dependent on their loads and schedules
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery Service:
Delivery is normally Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm.
If delivery has been arranged and you are not in when the courier arrives a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
ASSEMBLY
Our beds are extremely easy to put together using the tool supplied free with your bed.
Assembly service can be provided. We charge £95 per bed with all packaging removed.
Your room needs to be clear where the bed is to be assembled as our team cannot disassemble or move existing beds.
IMPORTANT: GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
On delivery all boxes or wrapped goods must be inspected at the time of delivery for any signs of visible damage to outer packaging. If there are visible signs of damage please write ‘Damaged’ on the courier’s paperwork when you sign for delivery. Please take a photo of the delivery paperwork and damage. Please email this to us.
